Time Chamber

Time flies like an arrow

Fruit flies like a banana

And boredom

It flies like a turtle

The morning dew sits on my skin,

My eyelids weighed down by a boulder,

As I make my way to the time chamber,

The sky is sun-full but light-less,

I enter the time chamber

I exit the time chamber

But nothing changed. Time

Passed but it didn’t. Sky

Changed but it didn’t. So

What happened? Nothing

Happened. In the time chamber

And outside. Today sucked

Into a black hole and forgotten forever.

I’m trying. But it’s not enough

I’m focusing. But it’s not enough

My shots that are supposed to hit

Don’t hit. Eddy’s hit. Chris’s hit.

Frustration. Hot. A/C gone forever.
